Accounts

You need an account to save deals or list a business. Keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Give a real email address, because that is how we send password resets and notices about your listings.

We may suspend an account for abuse, fraud, or repeated submission of offers that do not work. A suspension notice states the reason.

Coupons are offered by merchants, not by us

This is the most important thing on this page. Couponsez lists offers; it does not sell the goods behind them. The merchant sets the discount, the terms and the expiry, and the merchant honours it — or does not. We are not a party to your purchase.

Codes stop working. Stock runs out, merchants end promotions early, and feeds go stale between updates. We do not guarantee that any code on this site will work at the moment you use it, and a code that fails is not a breach of these terms. Tell us and we will pull it.

Listing a business

By submitting a storefront or a coupon, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to advertise on behalf of the business you are listing;
• the offer is real, currently valid, and will be honoured;
• the stacking instructions describe steps that actually work, rather than filler written to satisfy the form;
• you own or may use the names, logos and images you upload.

Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may decline or unpublish a listing — most often for an expired offer, a misleading discount claim, or a storefront that does not match the business it claims to be. Review is a check, not an endorsement.

Merchant subscriptions

Paid merchant plans bill through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for a partial period, but if something went wrong on our side, email us and we will sort it out.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the catalogue in bulk, submit offers for a business that is not yours, post codes you obtained by exploiting a merchant’s system, or try to reach parts of the site your account is not entitled to. Any of these ends the account.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for a purchase you made, or missed, on the strength of a listing here. Nothing in this paragraph limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
